Predicted Newcastle team v Fulham – Four changes
Newcastle United are expected to make four changes to the team that started against Manchester United last weekend when they host Fulham at St James’ Park on Saturday
The Magpies suffered a 2-0 defeat at Old Trafford, with Eddie Howe making three changes to the side that beat Southampton 4-1 the previous weekend.
However, the head coach is likely to revert back to the team that started the Saints clash, with only one enforced change.
Fabian Schar is suspended after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season against United, so Sven Botman is expected to come into the side alongside Dan Burn at centre-back.
Matt Targett is also pushing for a recall at left-back after being benched for the trip to Old Trafford.
The former Aston Villa defender has been in impressive form this season and is likely to replace Paul Dummett in the starting XI.
